Taking pills isn't me even for pain, warm milk and honey does wonders

For me its either scotch or vodka instead of pain pills.

Feeling better, arm still in a sling, taking out for light exercise. Started yesterday using the Wife's workout room eating more carbohydrates to my protein hoping to keep from losing muscle mass in my shoulder and around the ribs.
