Here is a link written by a fella named Selco. He writes about his experiences after yugoslavia fractured. I find it interesting that he writes it's safer in the country yet a fella named Ferfal writes a different article being in the city was safer for him.

It is good reading, and good advice. There is no better teacher than the voice of experience. I have read many of Selco's articles. I think I first read them on James Wesley Rawles site many years ago.

Long long ago he had a forum that I was active on. It did not have many active members......but they were good members. I have some issues with Ferfal, in that his story or accounts have changed 180 degrees over time.

Selco and Ferfal are both worth the time to read. Agree or not I've learned from both.
