Think clean water and food. TP is not important as long as you have water and a safe sanitary way to get rid of waste.

Water is 1 gallon a day per person of clean drinking water. Add cooking and cleaning the dishes as well as cleaning hands and bodies.

Food is best to be calculated by calorie, but here is a good Food Calculator...

They are most likely panicking or starting to. If I were in Cali and had not prepared, I would be too! That state is going down the toilet. Many just don’t realize it.
