On that note: .... I once used .50 caliber ammo cans for saddle bags on an old Honda CB 900 .... With some ingenuity and a welder I fashioned a clasp with a Master Lock to keep my belongs safe when on the road and away from the bike. Still, there's plenty of ways to cut a lock.
