I opened a can of the Swanson chicken that I got at WM and just made some chicken salad out of it. I was not impressed. I really don't like the texture of it at all. I'm thinking the Keystone will be similar? Now I'm reluctant to use it in the rice dish I have. I think I may just use the regular chicken in it for now.
