Yes, lilies are bad for cats. @joel Out of curiosity I looked it up since someone had given me a huge bouquet that had big lilies in it, the pollen or whatever was dropping off and onto the table, bad news. Thanks for mentioning it again.
On another note… looking for suggestions for our older cat. I guess she’s 14 or so. Has gotten around pretty well but she’s either in pain, has arthritis or just isn’t doing well with getting up and especially down off the furniture.
My bed is rather high so I’ve got a dining chair next to it and then a full tote next to that to ease her descent.
Any other suggestions? I think a ramp would be good. Have any of you kitty lovers used ramps or little stairs for your cats as they’ve aged?


Cat is still hobbling around. She will not use the helps I got for her. But she is still using with great finesse the three level assist I put up to get on my bed. Sometimes I’m letting her sleep there at night. She’s doing okay.
Just an Update for refreshment... 1st post was Dec 10... page 29...Post 867...!!!
