Well, day 8. Thumper is finally almost back to normal. She finally started eating, but still not like before. Maybe because I was giving her a lot of kitty crack, aka lickables and Temptations a ruining her appetite.

But she has forgotten how to "Thump." She used to climb on us in bed and do bunny kicks. I wonder if it was a stress response and the spaying changed her response.

I am happy she is back to herself almost

Give her time 😊 but spaying makes her much more relaxed
I guess some of her habits will be back sometime

I whole up at 3:30 this morning. I got a cup of coffee, sat down in my recliner with a blanket over my legs and proceeded to watch the electronic window of truth. It wasn’t long before mother and daughter decided to join me. They managed to practically crowd me out of my chair. Well, at least I don’t have to share my coffee with them…I hope.

Mr Pip used to do that within moments after I got into the recliner.. Not a matter of ...me to eh... or ..make room for me ?.. More a demand ...move, until I'm settled... And at about 12kilo, 25lb he demanded a lot of room..
I still miss him..

I beg to differ, I believe that is HER seat!! Lol!!
"Her" chair the arms are all torn up from where somebody sharpened their claws.

PS Hard to see with my poor tablet pics (can you believe I was once a semi-well known news photographer...LOL) but the "secretary desk" was my grandmothers. Solid mahogany with the fold down top. The other desk is my bedroom study desk from when I was a kid. I tend to hang onto things.
