At one time we roasted that coffee in South Carolina a few years, in the 1990's, I think.
Then they built there own plant.

heard a news report of global crop updates, brazil hit hard with loss of arabica beans and shortages and huge price increases expected starting end of this year. other coffee growing nations also reporting crop problems. lot of other crops reported problems. interesting times building.

I can live without eggs, but a world without coffee and chocolate, that would be inhuman!!!

Fortunately, the cocoa shortage seems to have subsided.
