This one popped up on You Tube. I tried it, and it turned out pretty well. Even the person who did the You Tube video thought the title could be a little offensive, so she gave it a second name. In the video she says to use 9 cups of Rice Chex, but I don't even have a bowl that would hold that much. I used 3 cups of Rice Chex. The other ingredients I kept the same.

It helped to have two bowls when mixing all the ingredients, so that everything was thoroughly mixed. It does have a nice color for the holidays. We are having people over on three occasions, so we will be able to serve it then.

Heres one for you - I've never seen it made in a roll though, just squares. First came across it at my children's bake sales in schools.

Looks good... I'd try that in a minute regardless of the name it is given..
