Oklahoma has beaten us like a drum. This is a big win for Missouri even if this isn't one of Oklahoma's finer teams. I don't think we are a top 10 team, but we are a top 20 team, and should get a decent bowl bid.

Bama rolled today against Mercer, 52-7. I saw their busses coming into town Friday. Gonna be a long drive back to Macon Ga.

Ga vs Tn is one heck of a game, all it was hyped to be... late 3rd quarter, still a battle.

Well, bama beat ga, tn beat bama, now ga has beaten tn... the sec at it's best. This is saban's legacy, he brought parity to the sec. If a kid couldn't play for bama he wanted to play against them. The best football players in the country came to the sec... the best coaches wanted to coach them....

One heck of a game tonight... ga is tough late in the game. They can beat anyone in the country, so can tn and bama. Shouldn't leave tx off that list either.

I actually watched a college football game in person today!
A mile and a half walk from the car to the stadium, and a mile and a half back.
UL Ragin Cajuns verses South Alabama.
We only got beat by 2 points, 22-24.
Our Cajuns finally started playing in the 4th quarter, coming back from a 9-21 score, but it was too late.:(

I'm jealous... wish i were able to go and sit though the entire game. Had chances to see bama play... knew my body would shut down by half time. I'd only wreck the game for the people i was with... they'd have to get me out of the stadium and to a vehicle. I can barely last 2hrs when I go play music... not nearly as stressful and I don't have to walk a mile to a stadium.

Oh, I left out that it lasted over 5 hours!
And when they say a team is taking a 30-second time out, they mean 5 minutes. :(
ESPN was there so they had to halt the game several times for them to do their commercial stuff, on the field of course.
When there was a kickoff, it would be 10 minutes before play resumed.
Most people never know how much is fast-forwarded when they watch a game on TV.:(

I HATE commercials

Well that game was disappointing. Likely knocks us out of the playoffs all together. I had a feeling Ga would be at their best after ole miss waxed their butt last week

Same for us, although we weren't going to the playoffs. Two very evenly matched teams (Missouri and South Carolina) but we came up on the short end. IMHO our program is building and getting better. Still can't really play with the big boys.

I was watching the Texas/Arkansas game yesterday, and they had a quote from Steve Sarkisian that cracked me up.

He said "I don't know what Coach Royal did to them (Arkansas) back in the day, but they hate our guts." I didn't follow the rivalry at the time, but he (Darrel Royal) must have had some classic battles with Frank Broyles.

Watching Ole Miss playing FL since the Bama game isn't on until tonight.
Good game! Tied 14-14 right now.:)
Bama is playing terrible. :(
Hats off to OK, they obviously schooled their players: "Milroe loves to run the ball, COVER HIM!"
90% of the times he tried to run it, they tackled him behind the line of scrimmage.

MIZZOU had a good game. Bama looks lost. aTm andAuburn is a good game so far
Milroe finished the game with only 7 yards rushing and I'm pretty sure he threw more interceptions than completions...
The other times, he threw the ball 10' over the head of the receiver.
They should have parked his azz on the bench at halftime and sent anybody else in as QB.:(

I didn't watch much of any game today. Indiana got waxed, wonder how far they'll fall in the rankings. They haven't played anyone ranked until today.
Surprised Fl beat Ole Miss
Didn't catch the end of Auburn/ A&M
Just saw a little of Bama/OK. Shocked at that outcome

Alabama looked like they sent their JV team. I can't remember the last time they looked so bad. Makes me wonder if that is why Saban retired. Maybe he could see what he had for the future, and didn't want to deal with it.

Auburn/A&M was a surprise as was Ole Miss/Florida. All of a sudden Florida learned how to play football the second half of the season.

Mizzou cruised but Mississippi State is down this year.

Not surprised Ohio State beat Indiana, but I was surprised it wasn't closer.

Has anybody seen SMU? They are 10-1, and playing for the ACC championship.

Half time, just watched Ga get shut out by Ga tech. 1st scoreless first half by Ga since 2019.

Nebraska seems to have the edge against Iowa, also at the half. 10-0
Waita minute! It ain't Saturday yet!gaah

Real football for the love of the game - not for an NFL career or big money endorsements.
Brothers who are willing to fight and die alongside each other, except for a few hours once a year. Then it's serious business.

GO ARMY!!! BEAT NAVY!!!

For the record, Army is 9-1 for the season and is a ranked team.

OMG! Ga won in the 8th overtime period!!!! After 8 ot's I hated to see anyone lose. Those kids played their hearts out!!! One heck of a game, Ga just refused to lose even though they were beaten for 57 minutes.

Tech just kept losing players, seems they were down to 5th stringers by the end. To many starters had to leave with injuries as the game progressed. It allowed Ga to climb back in it. Their home game win streak goes to 31.

I was bummed when I missed the last second kick in the Iowa/Nebraska game. Ga/Gat more than made up for it!

2:30CT today on ABC, the great rivalry game, Alabama vs Auburn!!!
The Iron Bowl!
Roll Tide! :woo hoo:

UT and Vandy today. One of the oldest rivalries in the country.
Since we are camping i set the DVR up so I can watch it when we get home

I won't spoil it for you.

Quite a shock Michigan beat Ohio State with a last minute field goal. Seems like this year more than ever in the rivalry games you can through the records out the window. Every game seems to be a toss up.

South Carolina beat Clemson. When was the last time that happened?
