Although I do have ya'all's registration email addresses when you signed up, which is only available to Angie and myself, we obviously keep this address extremely confidential. Those that would like us to have an emergency contact cell or landline phone number, or to someone you would like as a confidant, just send me a "conversation" and title it with your user name, and within the subject matter, list your real name AND this number you'd like me to call when you go silent, and when our members get worried, I will make that call!
I'll go one step further, if you include your address, we may just send you a card if you aren't feeling well, if you choose to participate.
And if you have changed primary email addresses, you could list this as well.
Again, this is strictly voluntary and confidential, it won't be used to bug you, and only when a trusted member wants me to make sure you are okay.

Frankly, I don't have any "friends" here. There are people I like, people whos posts I enjoy, and even some I miss when they don't don't post. "Friends" is reserved for people I have met. Same rules for facebook, there is NO one on my "friends list" I have not actually met.
Some here know my name and address, my facebook stuff, my actual phone number, which is all useless when I go tits up. When I go tits up, I have put in login info for the board, so my my DW, should she survive me, can let you all know.

Frankly, I have never had "friends" anywhere. I was and have been only a "friend" when it was convenient or beneficial for others. Coming from someone who gives unconditionally it is always a slap in the face. Regardless it is what it is. I do not do farcebook. Noone here has any actual information of mine and thats fine. The world is different today and I get that.
That said, for as long as I am welcome here, I will check in and respond when I can. I do appreciate this space where I can vent and have discussions. Other than the occasional rant I do try to remain fair and open minded.
I do appreciate the "concern" when I go awol. If I were to die in my sleep tonight no one would know nor care except possibly my wife and thats even questionable. Jesus, God, whatever has seldom visited my world. I understand the answer can be no so its all good. Still have no clue why my "guardian angel" has worked so hard keeping me here but I know my work is not done apparently so that can be the only reason.
Hopefully missing members are too busy or moved on as a choice. Hopefully it is not due to to bad health or otherwise. Not sure if this should be a [rant_on]\[rant_off] post but anyway I need to shut up now.

I've met two ladies on here, and yes, I consider them friends. But there's been others that I've never met. Ben and Urban and I were Mainstream Preppers for many years, mostly just us three on there. I'm glad we're all here.
Strange, what an appropriate word, I think a lot of friends and family think I'm strange, as to reclusive, I don't see you as being that, rather warm and loving, always concerned for the welfare for those who may be missing from here. The kid says she still likes your car but it would need to come in 4wd before it would be semi practical for us.

I have to drive one of the trucks when the weather is bad around here, the car just won't do it. The first day I dropped the neighbor girl off to the Amish School in the morning, I was driving the Challenger and I had all the 6 to 8th grade boys, staring at the car. Pretty funny.

We snagged about four or five more from The Survival Boards.
Of that number, about five or six still post here. The others have become ghosts. They have not gone to other forums; they have intentionally become ghosts. If things develop as I "fear" in the next ten'ish days, I and many others will vanish.
Woe be to anyone who is not aware of sudden large serious shifts in North America and Europe. The speed of "negative" transformation currently is cause for alarm.
Stay safe........things "could" get frisky.
