Cooking with an air fryer

Ok , now that we got tons of info on buying, selecting an air dryer that fits my needs , I think.

It should arrive next week , and I'm anxious to start using it. I may have lots of questions.

Y'all experienced owners , cooks can pass along some hints.

My first question is , has anybody used it to dehydrate anything.

If so , do I use a wire mesh tray ? Or a grill tray ? And how long and what temp?
Although I think the machine has a setting for dehydrate .

Any tips will be appreciated.

I have never dehydrated anything but I can see the air blowing around to be a problem. Maybe put a rack on top of what you are drying

Ok, nobody has used it to dehydrate anything.

What is your experience with cooking a whole chicken using the rotisserie or not using the rotisserie.

Any hints or tips?
