I've started watching this guy a couple weeks now. Most of his videos are about horsemanship and such. But he has what I consider to be some gems as well where he just discusses various topics. This one on Critical thinking I thought was very good and wanted to get some input from others opn what they thought.
I'll likely share a few other vid's down the road.

That's a good video and one kids should hear.

I always suggest my kids do this, even with what I was telling them. I think it's more important now than it was, say, 50 years ago. Reason being we are hammered every day by TV, Radio, Internet and other people and most won't take the time to think about it because life may be in the way. I think that is why we see the conditions that we do today.

Good vid.

Critical thinking takes time. So many now days won't spend time to do many things they need to, always in a rush.
I even see this in myself at work. Too many things going on and I don't take the time I need to for certain things. I can see this down to when I play chess. Taking the first move that shows up instead of digging for the best one.

I have watched several of his videos, and always enjoyed them. By the way he smokes Perdomos.

He seems to me to be a deep thinker. And when talking goes out of his way to not offend someone on either side so they just shut him down and really listen. I think that is important, but very hard to do this day and time. He speaks to young folks, but it could pertain to midddle age or older folks as well.

He smokes a lot of different brands. One he mentioned I want to try is the Partagus Black Label

In my experience "most" people loath the slightest experience of manual labor, even the easiest manual labor.
They "hold" thinking as the same as manual labor.
