That's the case with any class action suit, the list was handed over to the court to notify the customers of the suit. I'm not overly concerned nor at the level of being paranoid. If people are paranoid maybe they shouldn't use the internet for ordering anything and or use bank transaction and or use any shipping services/postal services.

I take something like this with a grain of salt. First off, I’m sceptical of any advertisement or company telling me about how great their products are. Most sales people will say anything to make a sale. On the other hand, I still think freeze dried foods, although are not perfect, are the best type of storage out there so far. I don’t like to eat home canned stuff after three years. Commercially canned stuff no more that three years after expiration. But freeze dried is still good after 10, 15 and even 20 years. So even if it’s only got 50% of the calories or nutrition, which I think is probably at the low end, I still think it’s worth adding to your preps.

my food purchases are the one think i'm very particular about and I pick them personally and in store as I don't intend to let some store assistant foist any rubbish on me(like blown or dented cans for instance), fresh meat is purchased from local butchers, farm shops or markets which is obtained from the local area.
