We are a nation of descendants of immigrants, more than a nation of immigrants. Very few of us have a family history in the US that goes back more than 300 years. A great many can't trace back past the Civil War. I know I can't. My Norse and German ancestors all came in the 1860s and made their way to Iowa to farm that rich black dirt. And they all came through proper channels. I know it was a much simpler matter then compared to now, but they did it.

I don't get as wound up about immigration as many here do, but I do want to know who is coming into the US and why. I do think birthright citizenship should be repealed, through the proper procedure for repealing an amendment.

I agree with you completely, but therein lies the problem. There is no procedure to repeal an amendment. A new Amendment has to be passed which includes language that repeals the old Amendment, and the new Amendment has to be ratifiedby 2/3's of the states.

This is a touchy one for me since an illegal alien crippled me and wrecked my life. I could rant for hours about how much I despise these aberrant human scum and I USED to be a Humanist! It comes down to race, guys, and white people just don't procreate like we used to!
There is a solution:
Love your country, love your race, dredge the Rio Grande to 50' deep and put another wall on the other side, fill the area between with cougars and the river with alligators, put toe-popper mines all over the place, build sniper towers every 500 yards and sell hunting licenses to shoot these invaders, I'm betting with all the angry psychotics around it would pay for the wall in a decade! Every day is buck season; no fair shooting the females or kids, they won't be back!

My friend in San Antonio was a golf instructor and builder of golf courses, until his neck was broken and he was paralyzed, by a drunk Mexican driving a car with no license and no insurance at a high rate of speed, in Texas. You forgot the most important one: reproduce.

Dating these days is a sham. It's all about "what can so-and-so do for me" instead of the longer term effort of building functional families. At least that's my perception from when I was dating before meeting my wife, back in 2016. As a man, I felt like nothing was ever good enough. If a woman started with a guy who was 5'9", she'd ditch him and others till she ran into a guy who was 6'1". If he only made $20,000 a year (example), she'd ditch him till she met the guy who was 6'1" and made much more. Etc.

The fun and games ended as soon as I met a good Midwestern girl from parents who grew up on the farm and exposed her to a responsible upbringing. <haha>

Yes, it's difficult for a reason. It's the only way I would ever acquiesce to gun control, if the 2nd amendment was repealed in that fashion. To me, any amendment to our constitution is set in stone and inviolable. That includes ones I don't agree with.

When they were debating the Bill of Rights, some were worried that they implied the rights were being granting by the government instead of just acknowledging God given rights.

And whatsoever the government giveth, it can be taken away.

It's the rights themselves that are set in stone, not the amendments acknowledging them.
