This weather is totally upside down. Down here in the sunny south where we are normally roasting this time of year, we are having highs in the 80s. Over at the farm in the lower Mississippi Delta, which has always had BRUTAL heat and humidity in the summer, the highs will be in the low 80s and lows down in the 60s next week.

Meanwhile up in Arlington VA where my kids live, normally 10°-15° cooler than here, it will be in the 100's this weekend.

It was a little chilly here this morning, low 40's. I had to turn the heat on. Our day time highs have mostly been in the mid 60's to mid 70's. Normally this time of year we'd be 80 for a high. Still dry though. Total rain fall for June and July has been less than 1/4 inch.
