I agree.
Quixote was insane, completely divorced from reality. The official psychological assessment of the Quixote character was that he possessed a paranoid personality disorder evidenced by his eccentric behavior and his lack of grip on reality. He exhibited all of the classical signs - from his suspicions and accusations against others to his inability to take the blame for his actions.
So ..... yeah, that's Donald. But Quixote wasn't a cheater, liar, egoist or a mean spirited and spiteful person and therein lies the difference.
