Look behind you in that dark corner.
Because you might be out of hamburger.

This recipe makes eight big boss sandwiches.
Two cans of Hormel or Kroger brand Brazilian corned beef.
Crust the meat and heat in a Pyrex microwave plate until the gunk oozes out. drain that off for possum bait.
Finely dice one sweet onion and add one tablespoon of ground red chili pepper, mix and microwave or caramelize
the onion in a pan and add the meat directly and simmer, pour off any extra gunk that shows up and transfer to a two-quart mixing bowl and add a small can of diced peppers and tomatoes well drained. and now you can do one of two things:
Mix in a small can of Manwich and call it done OR...
Mix 1/8th cup of A1 sauce, an equal amount of Ketchup, one large mixing spoon of mustard, and two large mixing spoonfuls of molasses or Maple Syrup and blend well, let sit and marinate in a cloth-covered bowl so it absorbs all the flavor and then reheat in the same Pyrex bowl for three minutes before slamming it on the bun.

Got leftovers? mix with melted Velveeta and use it as a spicy, beefy nacho dip for the big game!
