Does anyone set a longterm or even shorterm fitness goals? Mine is to look like Zac Efron from the movie 'Neighbors'. I think i need to get a little more barrelled chest and some more visible abs.
being fit enough to manage my workload at the hospital ER,fit enough to pass any physicals for the reserve unit and to do the job there.
in my opinion it's better to have long term goals.
