Not winter gear.. I need new outwear for hurricane season. My last rain coat was pretty good but it's a step away from cracking, leaking etc. Got it at tsc 7/8yrs ago. Looked last week, didn't like any of their new stuff. Felt cheap so i passed. I've been in several hurricanes and expect to again. I want something i can wear out when it blows. Pair of bibs would be nice also.

Any fishermen know of good brands or online stores to get seafaring type weather gear?

Helly Hanson has been the go to rain gear for commercial fishermen for as long as I can remember. I’ve been out of the business for so long there may be something better. I always had the bib coverall and a mid length jacket. The jacket was open except in the worst conditions to allow heat and moisture to escape. A sheath knife was tied upside down on my left suspender to give me half a chance to cut myself free should I get caught by some net or a hook while we let out gear. You don’t let out gear at slow speed so you only have seconds.

I went to town this afternoon. Stopped by the Ervin's store which has decent work clothes, mostly carhart brand. They only had 2 rain jackets to choose from. Quality looked about 1 step up from wally's.

Have very little, got insulated jump suit, Army jacket, felt line boots.
A rain coat, felt hat, an Army hammock tent & a pick up truck.
I had wader, but they walked off & never came back.
