Mango bread

I have a recipe to share, but there is no way to add a photo in this. I'm going to post this and then see if I can make a second post with the first recipe.

Also, I know we have discussed quick breads before, but I cannot find a thread for them, or where to post a recipe.

This recipe comes from a former neighbor who grew up in Hawaii and now lives in Southern California.

I like mangoes in smoothies. I will buy some frozen or buy some and cut them up and freeze them for smoothies.

Have you ever had mango sticky rice?
It takes a special rice, which I have stored in my preps, along with dried mango and coconut milk. Daughter used to eat this regularly and we could get it at a local place with a couple locations called Swing Thai.
You only need 5 ingredients to make mango sticky rice:

Sticky rice
Coconut milk
Sugar
Salt
Mangoes
