2.) I Told Every Little Star. I had to memorize it, and perform for family.

3.) Probably 16. I got a Learners' Permit when Iwas 15 and 6 months, but you had to drive with a licensed driver.

Bonus: To tell the truth I'm not sure I have ever worn a pair of handcuffs. If at all it would have been either in High School or College just as a novelty. If somebody had a pair we all tried it to see how it felt.

GREAT QUESTIONS @havasu , I see a second turn coming for you in the future!!. 1) 14, cute blonde guy at the horse auction. I guess that started my blonde fetish!! 2) I think "Somewhere Over the Rainbow"! My Mom sang constantly, that was one she could really get after!! My Mom sang SO much it was crazy!! Childhood trauma, had to get that off my chest, lol!! 3) By age 8 I was tall enough (barely) to reach the pedals on the farm truck. I was often Dad's driver feeding livestock!! 4) Above ground safe room! 5) Johnson, but I'm having a hard time remembering . Oct. of '68! Bonus: Oh boy, here comes a Pearl "wouldn't mind keeping it quiet" moment!! I think I was 25 or 26, we got rear ended at a red light, no major damage. A young cocky guy hit us. Hubby was talking to the cop (who stopped because he was in the lane next to us) and the kid kept interrupting. I told him to shut up, Hubby was talking. The cop then interrupted Hubby and yep, I told the cop to shut up!! A couple more verbal exchanges happened between me and the cop and I got a ride to jail! I was out a few hours later, they had no reason to keep me!

4 My dad had a dune buggy, so at 13, I was driving alone in the sand dunes.

Underground Bunker. Built my first one when I was 10. It's probably still there, with 60 year old can goods under my parents house.

I got caught by the Highway Patrol, driving the dune buggy, on city streets, at age 13. They put me in handcuffs, tied to the roll bar, while they decided to let me go with no charges.

To answer the 'handcuffs' question: A cop once asked me how I got the handcuffs in front when he handcuffed me behind my back.

I told him he was mistaken. He didn't buy it.

Edit: The fact that I don't have a criminal history and no charges have stuck is a small miracle, others haven't been as fortunate.
