Was it crab spelled like krab?
You shouldn't eat that stuff.
I guess by 'Krab' you mean p ollock and whiting (fish), which is what is in Wal-Mart's seafood salad.
It is food from the sea, so that makes it 'seafood', right?šŸ¤£
16oz tub for only $4.98 ! šŸ¤Ŗ ...but I will never go to Wal-Mart.

I heard that they were taking money to help "road travelers" from city to city, and the Catholic Church felt that was taking money away from them. I think their heads were posted on posts on the four corners of the city or something.
The Templars gained a ridiculous amount of wealth and treasure during the Crusades. They took that wealth and established what amounted to a banking empire all over Europe. They invented a forerunner to what we think of as a checking account. You deposited real money with them back in Europe and got a voucher. Then you went on your pilgrimage to the Middle East and when you got there you found the Templars and presented your voucher. They'd give you the amount you were entitled to. Meanwhile, they were using the real money to invest and get richer.

Eventually they controlled much of the wealth in Europe. The king of France was heavily indebted to them, and conspired with the Catholic Church to destroy them and seize their wealth. The love of money is the root of all evil, and they FAFO'd...

This evening: Got lost by car on college campus. Parked and got lost on foot on college campus. Iā€™ve been there before but itā€™s been a while. Didnā€™t bother to keep trying to track down the buildingā€¦would have arrived to event too late and missed the one performance I was there for. And this little piggy cried wee wee wee all the way home.
Felt bad at work, had to leave early.
Certain areas at work were flooded today and Iā€™ve got to deal with it tomorrow.

Imitation crab is made from surimi, which is fish flesh that has been deboned, then minced into a paste, and mixed with other ingredients. Itā€™s an affordable alternative to real crab, but itā€™s highly processed and lower in certain nutrients.
Chances are, youā€™ve eaten imitation crab ā€” even if you didnā€™t realize it.

This crab stand-in has become popular over the past few decades and is commonly found in seafood salad, crab cakes, California sushi rolls, and crab rangoons.
In short, imitation crab is processed fish meat ā€” in fact, itā€™s sometimes called ā€œthe hot dog of the sea.ā€ However, you may still wonder what itā€™s made from and whether itā€™s healthy.
This article explains everything you need to know about imitation crab.

What Is imitation crab?

Imitation crab is made from surimi, which is fish flesh that has been deboned, washed to remove fat and unwanted bits, then minced into a paste. This paste is blended with other ingredients before being heated and pressed into shapes that mimic crab meat (1Trusted Source).
While imitation crab is made from seafood, it generally contains no crab, other than a tiny amount of crab extract that is sometimes added for flavoring.
*******, which has a mild color and odor, is commonly used to make surimi. This fish is also used to make fish sticks and other breaded fish products (1Trusted Source).
Packages of crab-like products may be labeled ā€œimitation crabā€ or ā€œfish protein blending with crab,ā€ but must follow government labeling rules. In Japan, surimi-based seafood is often called kamaboko.
On restaurant menus, imitation crab may be spelled ā€œkrabā€ to indicate that itā€™s fake.

Nutritionally inferior to real crab

Real crab is significantly higher in several nutrients compared to imitation crab.
Hereā€™s how 3 ounces, or 85 grams (g), of imitation and cooked Alaska king crab compare
