1 cup of coarsely shredded cabbage.
1/4 cup of diced mushrooms.
1/4 cup of shredded carrots.
2 ground chili peppers.
1/4 cup of onion.
1/4 cup of snow peas or snaps.
a small slice of minced onion or garlic.
A couple of sticks of chopped celery if you want.
This mix goes with any meat, but I like it best for beef and shrimp.
fry your meat in a wok or frying pan propped up at an angle.
Mix your veggies well, add to the hot grease, and stir well until wilted.
ladle over meat and a bed of cooked Ramen.
