Whew, I thought this was a really Long Day so :

Good night, I am exhausted! Prayers for everyone going through stuff right now!!
Might be able to sleep....I had a tooth pulled tuesday and today is the most sore as they had predicted. I normally have a great dentist do my work that works at a office that also takes care of the needy and low income.
This time he looked at the X rays and said the roots were too close to my sinus cavities so he sent me to a oral surgeon. 15 minutes and $850 later I was minus one tooth and headed to pick up some pain medicine and a course of amoxicillin.
And instructed not to blow my nose or suck on straws and check back in two weeks. Hopefully I don't have a hole between my gums and sinus...
Taking the antibiotics and stashing the higher level pain med for emergincys in the future. Thankfully handfuls of ibuprofen takes care of most of the pain but I am woozy from it and the antibiotics and the swellings around my face.
This too shall pass but it is tough just sitting around with so much to do.
When I came out of the dentist I had a flat tire....I used my handy dandy 12 volt inflator to get air in it so I could drive home and it certainly was nice the number of people that offered to help.

@montanabill hope you feel better soon and no extra problems. Just rest, do the daily hygiene stuff for the surgical area. I did okay with one I had pulled probably 8 or so years ago. I didn’t even need the pain meds after 2 days.
My Malibu is coming up on 200k. Been a good car. Got it used, or my son did. But he gave it to me cuz I needed transportation.
