Wild turkeys are graceful animals but not the sharpest knife in the drawer. Here is one one I recorded trying to escape a chain link fence.

I've anchored Christmas trees to walls with guy wires to keep the things standing because we had several enthusiastic cats who were determined to bring them down.

I wouldn't say the cats lost, exactly, but the tree itself remained standing. Ornaments are another matter.

We had a strong hook in the ceiling rafter that we anchored the tree to. No indoor cats but all of our tree decorations were edible and the kids had a tendency to eat their way up the tree.
