I see no problem. A certain element of of society are slowly reducing their own numbers. I call that a win.
This made me laugh though.....

So basically, that reinforces the the fact that stop and search worked to reduce crime and violence among the black community.
I remember the black community up in arms about how stop and search impinged on their human rights. Well, looks like they are reaping the rewards of the back down by the Police forced by their complaints.
