Federal prosecutors dropped their case against the two prison guards accused of falsifying records and sleeping on the job as Jeffrey Epstein “committed suicide” in his jail cell.

The feds dropped the case on December 13 during the Ghislaine Maxwell trial, however the news was made public on Thursday.

Now the feds dropped the charges against the two guards.
Reuters reported:

U.S. prosecutors decided to end their criminal case against two Manhattan jail guards who admitted to falsifying records on the night the financier Jeffrey Epstein killed himself on their watch.
In a Thursday filing in Manhattan federal court, prosecutors asked a judge to dismiss claims against Tova Noel and Michael Thomas, after both complied with the six-month deferred prosecution agreements they agreed to in May.
Noel and Thomas were accused of falling asleep and surfing the internet that night rather than checking on Epstein every 30 minutes.

Both admitted to having “willfully and knowingly” falsified records to make it seem they were monitoring Epstein properly.
Their deferred prosecution agreements required that they each perform 100 hours of community service and cooperate with a federal probe arising from Epstein’s death.

It just makes me sooooo mad that the "elite" be it Royalty, Politician, Billionaire or Hollywood is being protected! THEY should face a trail of their peers too!! Why are they protected? We are but pawns, and they control everything. Until people band together to overthrow these people, we will continue down the same path. It’s been happening more and more, trials like this- and now we are inching towards civil war-I think that’s probably not a coincidence.

The sad fact is, our justice system has been corrupted so badly that only certain Americans get thrown in jail or even charged appropriately. The January 6th Americans literally rotting in jail, while being BEATEN and starved off and on is a glaring sign of misjustice! Besides a couple of politicians wanting to get their faces on tv, absolutely NOTHING has been done to stop this abuse of power!!

Local justice which came in the form of mobs, family members, or just a few associates, was not only normal but the way justice had been meted to known criminals since time began. This continued "legally" until government entities had expanded sufficiently to declare themselves the sole arbiters of justice.

The US Constitution, as John Adams stated, could only govern a moral and religious people and was inadequate to govern any other. Today, we've been brainwashed into believing the Constitution is for the protection of criminals. We believe in legal loopholes.

Good examples are when admitted criminals are released on technicalities having nothing to do with their crimes.

The real reason they took over the justice system was to destroy us using criminals. Crime has exploded since the government told us they were the sole arbiters of law and justice.

The Constitution was written to safeguard a person's freedom when they're accused -- not caught red-handed. And a speedy trial (unlike the J6 citizens) should soon follow.

The Constitution wasn't written to protect the known criminal. Believing they ever had that in mind is to fool yourself. And this is what allows criminal enterprises to grow and flourish. Once they have the foresight to put their own people in charge of the justice system, it's over.

I've felt all along they would use COVID or the 'vaccine' as an easy out to 'disappear' themselves (flee/avoid Durham's justice). They won't give us the satisfaction of bringing their crimes to the light of day. Not convinced Epstein is really dead, as he said he had his kill switches in place; don't think any of the cabal perpetrators will be tried. Can't try 'dead' people, other than to expose the facts, and we know a lot of those already now. They WILL NOT let 'the stupid sheeple' take them down. And they'll smugly laugh all the way to their exclusive secret locations.

Not sure if the deep state would actually offer an inmate money. . . It could be plausible, but we are talking about another criminal. I didn't even realize she was released into general population. I guess I thought they would just keep her in her own cell for however long she is there. I'm still waiting on her or Epstein's client list. . . Why haven't we got those yet? Is it because there are too many high ups that we would lose a majority of the elites in Government that are making decisions right now?

I'm sure your last guess is spot on. I don't think we will ever see said list. Have you ever seen the flight logs for Epstein's L.E. charter plane to the island? It's pretty damning. I've seen parts of the logs published on the internet over the last few years and ASSUMING they are legit logs (and they look to be real flight logs) a number of govt. higher ups are on the logs.
