Anyone who still thinks ESG is a good idea or at least a harmless one, has to look no further than how it is already being used as a means of control. Control over speech, expression and choice. That it has been used against Musk, should serve as a wake up to the common person.
Once our currency becomes digital, the Federal government will have a record of every purchase, donation and expenditure you make. It will allow them to come up with algorithms not only to determine your "worthiness" for loans, but also your allotment of purchases such as food, liquor, tobacco, sweets, fast food, fuel, ammunition and anything else they want to ration.
They will be able to cut off your card at any time and even selectively ban you from purchasing something because it is deemed excessive or simply not a purchase from a politically acceptable business.
Combine it with government monitoring of health care and it would be easy for them to do something such as determining that you are overweight and thus, should not be buying soda, chips, beer or fast food.
Private-Public partnerships between government and businesses (which is a tenant of Fascism), would allow them to determine who should have a higher rate on things such as health, life and home insurance. An algorithm based on your diet/grocery purchases, could determine, that you have a high probability of death before your mortgage loan is paid off, and would justify charging you a higher interest rate.
ESG is just the first step in controlling the population and I pray that after seeing what they are doing to one of the wealthiest people in the world, that the common citizen starts asking themselves how easily they could be destroyed if they do not comply!
I've said it before, Musk is a strange cat but, he has the bullocks to put it out there for the world to see the S***storm that is headed down the sewer pipe!
