Careful about replying "yes" to anything. There were some stories about getting messages like that on phones, said yes, and then their phone account got hit with all kinds of charges.
I agree. They are everywhere. You really don't know how advanced those idiots are, and not worth playing with. I do know these messages can be forwarded to the FTC,but I'd have to research what number exactly.
I do believe you can report it to your phone co. Will probably get little in the way of results but does help prevent future occurrences to some extent. Seems like if you are a squeaky wheel to the phone company they can actually help get you off the spam lists - sorta.
