just an ordinary holiday weekend here, I stay away from the beaches and open spaces as people go a bit stupid at these times, the pandemic dosent help just makes it several times worse.

Getting ready for tomorrow....just boiled some of our lightest color eggs for the grandkids to color tonight. Listening to "Sounds like Reign" to get me in the mood. Plan on picking up mom tomorrow morning, and she'll go to church with us. Then to our house. We'll have an egg hunt and a nice dinner. On the menu: ham, scalloped potatoes, green beans, fresh fruit, bread rolls, and cheesecake for dessert.

I have been battling with allergies for a few days now. I do not taake meds for it, but it's been absolutely gorgeous outside right now. I just can't help myself. . .

Today I celebrate the resurrection of my hot tub. I turned it off and opened all the pipes in November. Several years ago I kept it going all year. The snow got so deep that I couldn't get to it, but I couldn't turn it off because the pipes would freeze. So now I sit in it three times a day, at least.
