I think we should all have multiple thanksgivings during the year. First, I really like to eat, and it's good to slow down and be greatful for what you do have in life.

Happy Thanksgiving to you too Jim and everyone else here! I was off today and have already started on my cooking of pies and a couple extra sides. Pecan Praline Cheesecake, Pumpkin, Buttermilk, and Pecan pies, then deviled eggs and pea salad. I will finish off tomorrow. Did find out that my little sweet pea 'granddaughter' will be coming early so not sure how much extra's will get done. I am one of the biggest 'kids' around her! At her 1 year birthday party, one of my DIL's friends said that her son fell asleep early and slept like a rock and I would be hired anytime. Compliment for me!!
