Welcome . I live in a rather rual place here but I have a uncle that moved his family from this area to the ozarks to live a frontier way of life . Havnt seen him in years but in the 80's his area still did not have electricity . As I remember he was talking about buying a bunch of the land from the white water scandel thinking it would be worth alot some day .

I'll be offgrid in the new home, living a frugal existance with my family. Too expensive to pull power that far back and up, so....
