Both appear to have passed . The TNState bill may one day pass but the leftist in Nashville will fight it with West Coast and north East $$$ as they keep trying to make Nashville the Eastern Hollywood .

Actually TN didn't vote on the sanctuary city bill. It was withdrawn prior to vote. I posted, but don't see it that Nashville's Mayor is a Democrat from California and that should answer all of your questions.
