What are you drinking?

Right now drinking Bush NA. It's not the best N/A beer, but it's drinkable and at $9.99 a 12 pack - It's half the price of my favorite alcohol free beer, which is Stella Artois.

I can't do unhealthy drinks with sugar in them, period. I can however, convince myself to like 'not so tasty' drinks like green tea.

For lunch I popped open a can of Catus Cooler that I had on the back porch. It was slushy cold. Doesn't get any better than that.

Water. Trying to quit coffee. I notice even half a cup in the morning adds 20 points to the upper number on my BP and I feel a bit more anxious.

My mom told me about what is called "dealcoholized" wine. She mention a name brand, but I forgot. But, with a quick web search I found this:

I've always enjoyed a good glass of wine, but I'm a non-drinker now.... can't wait to see how much it costs. lol

And yes about the NA beers tasting better.
