We made tons of popcorn balls every year for Christmas when I was growing up.
Small ones to string together to string on the tree, and larger ones to make ornaments out of. (Yes, we brats would throw them at each other
)The cool thing they don't talk about is, if you stirred and covered the kernels good, the popcorn would not go stale for weeks.
This is how Cracker-Jacks were born.

Below 80! Oh my gosh, we had frost warnings last week.I have some beautiful fabric covered with poinsettias to make curtains from. They're going up the first day it gets below 80.

I put up lights around the house months ago. Have to put new ones up on the garage here. They are our night lights

I posted that during the summer when it was really hot. It was nice and cool today with a high of 49 but I still don't have my curtains made.

Probably put them up the weekend after Thanksgiving and leave them up until the end of January or even into February because of all the red. The way it's looking, they may not get made this year though.
