I never cared for him but he did many good things during his lifetime,,,,,,R.I.P. Jerry

Thanks, I did as well. There's no definitive answer but likely personality clashes, work ethic and moral issues. I wasn't the biggest Lewis fan either but could see how talented he was. I guess it was just before my time.
