We have a couple of small greenhouses. How do we keep the interior temp higher than the outside air? We are thinking of using bricks. We want to rely on what we have at the house already. I’m just running short on ideas.

Try band locate some barrels of any size (larger + more ) fill them with water and paint the barrels black. Put them in an area where the sun will warm them up. They will release the heat overnight. They act as a good heatsink. Bricks, sand and such work, but just don't have the mass to last as long.
