The population density in the county where I live is about 2.5 per square mile (don't know what a km is). Our ranch covers an area of several sq. miles, so that would make the pop density in our area less than about .5 people and 1 dog per sq. mile. That's just about right for me.I know that North Devon is sparsely populated from a UK perspective, but the population density is an order of magnitude larger that the county our farm is in (87 per sq km vs 8 per sq km).
By Wyoming standards, our farm is in a "densely populated" area, LOL.
