Another bad storm earlier this week, and I'll be damned if the SAME tree that got hit by lightning months ago, didn't get hit AGAIN, with even more of the tree coming down.

Luckily, it's along the back pasture, and didn't muck up any structures, just the fence a bit, but it's now gone from a job I can do, to one I'll need to hire someone to do. (just too much to cut and haul away, and I already got enough firewood from the first damn hit). I'll have to take and post pics.

FYI, I have lightning rods and system on every actual structure on the property (except the hay storage shed)
 
Already did that for the first one, was way too much work then, and this new one is even bigger. I think I know someone who will do it pretty cheap, and who has some more heavy duty equipment than just my chainsaw.
