Bill saw Tom had crested the hill and was started down (the ints for one thing), and needed more skilled help around him. Tom knew the Bucs had that help, the Pats not so much. Kinda like a "It had to happen" thing. As they reportedly say in France, "Say la vee". (They don't spell it that way, dunno why).
