Found this on Chips Act: CHIPS Act. This would be for human brain implants to facilitate a speedy implementation of the planned AI control of their future dystopian 'bots' (those still alive, that is) they can control, would be my guess.
The implants can help people who are paralyzed or have prosthetic limbs.

Samsung is already building a factory in Taylor Texas. They got property tax breaks (not unlike what many of us in ag get), no State income tax and since it is a right to work State in a rural area, comparatively inexpensive labor.
The feds just need to get out of the way and someone will create a US company that will produce at zero dollars to the tax payer.

It seems in Australia, they have already recalibrated a lot of freedoms. Then they voted for more of it? Doesn't make sense to me but, then again, not much these days does.
Who has confidence in voting results anymore? Certainly not me.
