Somewhere I have a list of recipes, 25+ years old now from when we took our kids to the local Korean Culture Camp for adopted kids.. We used these recipes at home a lot.. This ...Korean Catsup... is a slight alteration of the recipe for the marinade to make Korean bulgogi... A marinade for most any thin sliced, grilled meats, baked chicken wings, drumsticks and the like...

Korean Catsup..
1 cup toasted sesame seed oil
1 cup catsup
1 cup soy sauce.... I use the reduced sodium kind
1/2 cup sugar.... I use cup for cup Splenda
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
black pepper
onion powder
garlic powder
1 large bunch of green onions, chopped

Mix well.. Microwave COVERED for 2 minutes..
Mix well.. Microwave COVERED for another 2 minutes..
Mix well.. Use over rice or as a marinade for most anything..
CAUTION... It will come out of the microwave MOLTEN LAVA HOT temperature...
