Maybe it's just me but all I can see is a massive slave labour camp. I'm sure it wouldn't be difficult to control the population of this place simply by locking them all in and only allowing out so many at a time. You have complete control over every aspect of their lives. It really does give me the heebie jeebies.

The problem (for me) is that my personal security must be surrendered to a group of people I know nothing about, sure I can meet these folks (security) and they may talk the talk but their is no personal knowledge of these folks except to the hierarchy, I'm not comfortable with that.
