How do I contact a few people who handle procurement for small to medium size law enforcement departments. This likely sounds easy to most, and likely a silly question. But not so simple for me. Do most have a procurement department......???

Just walk in the front door and ask them if they have plenty of practice ammo?
Casually mention that you have an abundance of spare 9mm ammo.
They will give you free coffee and donuts and want to talk to you.

Well....blind people are encouraged to avoid driving. The nearest town is hundred plus miles. In the past 20 years I have gone to town for supplies once a year........not sure I'll ever be going to town again.....but maybe.

I don't think they will send someone from America all the way to very rural Alaska, just so as I can ask if they purchase specific equipment from a specific company.

I just have a simple question........"If they are currently purchasing a product. Yes or No. I am not selling anything.......I am not purchasing anything. They are either currently purchasing this idem. Or the are not currently purchasing this idem.
