If you stored in an amber colored or dark jar it would probably protect it more. Triple antibiotic and Neosporin are so cheap I don't see the reason to do this but it is nice to have an alternative. I also think that having some essential oils on hand is a good idea. But those are kind of pricey.

It works much better than Neosporin, and it is fun to make!
