I have no idea. The only ime I ever get my BP checked is when I go to the doctor maybe once a year. I never remember the numbers. It must be OK because the doctor has never nagged at me to take a pill.

My bed monitors my heart and breath rate.

Maybe I'm normal then at about 80!!?😉
Heredity is a big factor...
Mine runs between 70 & 80. Sometimes up to 96 if I am active.
Me & the Mrs both wear a 'heart-watch' so we can always check it on the fly. :)
Hers runs 50-60:oops:.
Her mom had to have a pacemaker installed because hers kept dropping below 30 bpm.
(That equals: 'beat-mississippi-mississippi-beat':eyeballs:).
It would ping when it fired and woke her up at night, she would come out and say: "I heard music".

Mine's high, like 80+!! My blood pressure is excellent, but my pulse rate has always been high! 60 is great!
Mine is high 70's/ low 80's. Sleeping it dips into the 50's. That always worries me because my little finger thing blinks when it goes below 60. I avoid checking it at night unless something is going on.
