Mine's high, like 80+!! My blood pressure is excellent, but my pulse rate has always been high! 60 is great!

I'm sure you are fine. Your blood pressure is good. Ask your doctor next time you go. As active as you are, I would expect you are in excellent health.

I have no idea. The only ime I ever get my BP checked is when I go to the doctor maybe once a year. I never remember the numbers. It must be OK because the doctor has never nagged at me to take a pill.

Heredity is a big factor...
Mine runs between 70 & 80. Sometimes up to 96 if I am active.
Me & the Mrs both wear a 'heart-watch' so we can always check it on the fly.
Hers runs 50-60.
Her mom had to have a pacemaker installed because hers kept dropping below 30 bpm.
(That equals: 'beat-mississippi-mississippi-beat').
It would ping when it fired and woke her up at night, she would come out and say: "I heard music".

My Garmin watch monitors those parameters (and quite a few more) on me too.

Those innovations are some good examples of practical tech that may well let people know if something important in their health condition is changing.
