Look behind you in that dark corner.
So I attempted to make corned beef sloppy joes, but something went wrong when I went to cook the gunk out of them. The tallow or whatever it is refused to separate properly, and I ended up with Manwich BBQ soup. Hoping it would solidify overnight, I left it in the fridge. Now it's a beef-flavored brick! Now I have 2 cans of corned beef, sauces, an onion, a can of corn, and peppers invested in this mess, so I'm thinking, pour some over rice, since I like BBQ beef tips over rice, but I was out of mushrooms, then I noticed my potatoes had started to sprout, so instead I baked a couple and topped it with the gunk, it's actually good!
