You already have conditions like us here, when the Antifa goes on the street and demolishes everything and shoots stones at the police, the police looks on and says afterwards an operation would have been disproportionate. If a few people demonstrate peacefully against Corona, they are wiped away at 0 degrees outside temperature with water cannon or get tear gas sprayed in the face before you are then still interrogated in the police station and intimidated.

All of them. There is no specialty unit left to respond to riots now. These positions were voluntary and the officers who had served on the riot squad will continue in their regular beat patrol duties.
